Withdrawal Notice

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Individually Made Goods

The book offered is a good made to customer specification, created individually for the town you chose (and, where applicable, with your personal dedication) — a digital product tailored to your input. The right of withdrawal therefore does not exist, or expires, pursuant to § 312g(2) no. 1 BGB.

For digital content the following applies in addition: before ordering, you expressly consent to us commencing creation immediately, and you confirm that you are aware that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once creation has begun (§ 356(5) BGB). This consent is collected separately in the order form.

General Right of Withdrawal (where exceptionally applicable)

Where a right of withdrawal exceptionally exists, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us (Carsten Claus, Dohnaer Str. 47, 01219 Dresden, e-mail: info@imexcc.de) by an unambiguous statement (e.g. by e-mail). To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal: if you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this reimbursement.
